Storefront Items Set oven to 350 degrees. Remove food from refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to come to room temp. Cold items may take longer.
Pasta: Best eaten when chilled or room temp., otherwise microwave 2 minutes. Lasagna Square: Microwave 3-4 minutes, oven for 15-20 covered. Manicotti: Microwave 2-3 minutes, oven for 10 covered. Fish: Microwave 1-2 Minutes, oven for 5-7. Chicken, Bone-in: Microwave 3-4 Minutes, oven for 15. Chicken, Boneless: Microwave 2-3 minutes, oven for 10. Vegetables: Microwave 2-3 minutes, add 1-2 oz./lb water and cook uncovered over med. heat for 2-4 minutes. (this may change their color) Mashed Potatoes: (add a little milk) Microwave 2 minutes, range top for 5-6 minutes. Potatoes: Microwave 2 minutes, oven for 10-15. Rice Dishes: Microwave 2 minutes. Grain Dishes: Best room temp., or microwaved 1-2 minutes. Meatballs: Microwave 3 minutes, range top with sauce for 10 minutes covered. Soup: Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
This is a guideline for heating items from the market. Use your judgment as not all ovens and microwaves are the same. (Measurements per piece/1 lb) Note: Best NOT to microwave in plastic.
Ravioli should be kept frozen until ready for use.
Fill the pot with 2/3 water and bring it to a boil.
When the water is boiling, add a heavy teaspoon of salt and add the frozen ravioli.
Stir Immediately so none of the ravioli stick to the bottom of the pot.
Cook uncovered 4-6 minutes.
Remove ravioli with a slotted spoon and drain. Add your favorite sauce or gently toss with olive oil and set aside for later use.
